1.Powder Coated Aluminium Switchbox to ATEX Il2 G Ex d IIC T6, IP67, fitted with2 x SPDTswitches for indication of fully open and fully closed positions. 2.Solid and compact design with high visibility beacon indicator. 3.Captive cover bolts are safely retained during installation and maintenance. 4.A threaded screw down cover ensures IIC rating. 5.The spring loaded splined cams are easily adjustable with no tools required. 6.Dual cable entries are provided. 7.The switchbox has a Stainless Steel Output Shaft & is mounted to the actuatorusing a Namur Standard Stainless Steel mounting bracket.

Working principle of.

Limit switch, also known as travel switch, can be installed in a relatively static object (such as fixed frame, door frame, referred to as still life) or the movement of the object (such as the road, door, referred to as animal).When an animal approaches a still life, the connecting rod of the switch drives the contact of the switch causing the closed contact to break or the open contact to close.The circuit and motor are controlled by changing the open and closed state of the switch contact.
